HOW TO ORDER BY INTERNET:
Add products to the Shopping Cart and follow Checkout prompts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal Express, and other forms of payment.
Minimum charge card order $10. Order toll free by telephone at 1-800-871-0220. Please have your Visa card or MasterCard ready.
You may track Internet orders yourself via the FedEx Tracking Number available when you sign into your account on the site. Or, call 1-800-871-0220 if you have any questions about your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping to Canada has been suspended because of excessive increases in shipping costs; and because of claims resulting from taxes, duties and tariffs. Packages sent to separate addresses require separate postage.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact customer service within 7 days. We are happy to accept returns/exchanges of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery and authorized by customer service. Please allow 5 – 10 business days after receipt of product to process a refund or ship an exchange. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns or exchanges not due to damages in shipping or incorrect product.
Please contact customer service if your package arrives damaged or you received incorrect product within 7 days of shipment.
We continually work hard to improve our packing and shipping procedures. Please do not destroy or dispose of any product unless authorized by Customer Service. Photos of your damages may be requested.

We process your order immediately upon receipt. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. If for any reason an item will be back ordered, you will be promptly notified.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return item and we will refund the purchase price of the item in full (this excludes shipping costs). If there's a mechanical failure, the tool, or fragrance product, will be replaced or refunded when the product is returned to us at our warehouse.
